Return & Exchange Policy

At Kyrave, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help — under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are available only if you received the wrong size or color, or if the item is defective.

  • If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong size/color sent, defect), we’ll cover the return shipping cost and send you the correct item at no extra charge.

  • Please email us at support@kyrave.com with your order number, details of the issue (size, color, or defect), and a clear photo of the item. Once approved, we’ll provide further instructions.

Refunds

  • If you prefer a refund (and the issue is not from our side), you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it; however, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable customs fees will be deducted from your refund total.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, panties, and other intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Please double-check your size and color selection before completing your order.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@kyrave.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the reason for return or exchange, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Once your request is approved, securely package the item and ship it to the address provided.

  3. After we receive and verify the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund accordingly.
